Ethel Dicks Obituary

Mrs. Ethel Nettles Dicks, 89, of Haines City, passed away peacefully at The Good Shepherd Hospice in Auberndale. She was born in Union County, Florida. The daughter of the late John Jackson and Lonice Valeria (Clemons) Nettles. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Haines City Ward. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, J.C. (Bob) Dicks.
She is survived by her daughter: Betty D. Bagley of Haines City. Two sons: John E. Dicks and wife Carolyn of Haines City and Carl F. Dicks of Dundee. Sister: Imogene Smith of Providence, Fl. Eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 A.M. in the Old Oak Grove Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (November 21, 2009) The family is receiving friends in Haines City at the Oak Ridge Funeral Care from 5 to 8 P.M. ARCHER FUNERAL HOME OF LAKE BUTLER is in charge of arrangements.
