Ray was my friend. I knew Ida and his sisters. Ray had a gift that not many humans possess, he gave Unconditional Love. In Years past he had a major priority and that was helping his mother with her daily rural news paper route. One year Ida, Paul and the “boys” were going on a vacation back to New York-and I was the replacement for the route during their vacation. Only during that time did I ever feel or since any anxiety/ resentment or whatever you choose to call it. I made it a priority to show and or reassure him that I was only temporary and that his job would be waiting for him upon his return from New York... I so wish more people in my world would take their responsibilities and duties to serve as much as Ray did....he will be missed
