We still remember and miss our friend Thurl. You are in a better place now.

Our family has known Thurl for years. He was a gentle soul who enjoyed the outdoors, his dogs, and simple pleasures. He was a hard worker, and a loyal friend. I'll never forget when he used to come visit our family at our farm when our children were young. Once he brought hats with radios installed, and gave one to each child. The world has lost a treasure. Jesus will welcome him home. I hope his heavenly mansion is like the homestead in Kentucky that he missed and longed for so much in his final days. We love you, Thurl.
