I first met Don in 1981. He had hired me as a package designer for MaryKay Cosmetics. We worked together for 5 years and I learned so much from him - he was a very patient mentor! Don was definitely a perfectionist in everything he did - and being a bit picky myself...we got along really well. I ended up staying with MaryKay for almost 30 years.
I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I will always be grateful for the working relationship we had and for what I learned from him. Looking back on my career, I consider him one of a very few truly capable and talented package designers. He posessed the very unique combination of engineering knowledge and aesthetics. Both traits needed to be a great product designer! Rest In Peace, Don.

Dear Don, you are so loved and missed more than you could imagine. I always smiled when I saw you come through the door. Whether it was in Dedham or AZ, you were always positive, upbeat and full of good advice. You and I always loved talking about the Airline industry. I truly loved you and I pray that you are cradled in Jesus hands, happy and at peace with your lost loved ones. Thank you for caring about me and you are truly missed. Rest in peace.

Mr. Weathers,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USAF during the Cold War. Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow Servicemen stood ready to defend our Country. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
