Wild Bill Higgins played basketball for my Dad, George Galloway. I loved to see him play. Rest well, Wild Bill. Tell my Daddy hello for me.

Little Bill was always seen by me as my little cousin. Now I realize that there were only 2years between us. I remember his coming to our grandparents home in Eastern Kentucky but mostly I remember growing up in Dayton with my cousins. Bill was the basketball star and the family was so proud. As we grow older we don't always keep in touch but the love and close family ties never go away. There are so many Combs and Higgins waiting in heaven for Little Bill. Auntie BB, Uncle Vert, my mom and of course Uncle Bill. Heavens arms are open to accept William Leslie Higgins Jr. You are loved and will be missed. Prayers to your family, my family and all your friends.
