DAVID LEWIS Obituary

LEWIS, David L.

Age 66 of Dayton passed away Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021. David was retired from General Motors Truck and Bus. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Michelle Lewis, 3 children; Christopher (April) Lewis, Paige Lewis, Hailey Lewis, brother Doug (Kelly) Lewis, 2 sisters; Nancy (Donnie) Sanders, Susan Miller and 7 grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 9, 2021, at 12 noon at the Sanner Funeral Home, 800 S. Alex Rd., West Carrollton, OH 45449 with Pastor Frank Kelly officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton. Visitation will be Saturday 2 hours before service (10 a.m.-

12 noon). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are asked for Hospice of Dayton.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
