Samuel LEWIS Obituary
Age 67, of Fairborn, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 24, 2021. Samuel was born on February 15, 1953, in Springfield, Ohio; the son of the late Ernest and Mary
Katherine (Worrel) Lewis. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his
brother, John Lewis. Samuel is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Karen (Barnes) Lewis; daughters, Brittany Lewis and Courtney (Brett) Lewis; granddaughter, Samantha Lewis;
sister, Kathy Chaney; brother, Bill (Judy) Lewis; and numerous nieces and nephews. Samuel worked as a photo specialist at Walgreens for over ten years. He was also a member of the Yellow Springs #421 Masonic Lodge as he served as a Master Mason of the 32nd Degree. In his free time, he loved to travel to his favorite place in the world, Gatlinburg, Tennessee, with his girls. What he loved most was spending time with his
loving family and a good cigar. A memorial service will be held at a later date under the care of Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, Fairborn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105. The family would like to send out a heartfelt thank you to all of the dedicated staff at Soin

He would always greet me with a welcome to Walgreens and several times while in the store I would chat with mr Lewis I’m very sorry to learn of his passing.. may god bless his family at this difficult time Rest In Peace sir.....
