Thomas WALKER Obituary
Thomas "Tom" Lee Walker, 79 of Englewood, passed away peacefully, Thursday, February 11, 2021, at home with his
family at his side. Tom was born July 22, 1941, in Mankato, MN, to Kenneth E. and Vivian (Eastman) Walker who preceded him in death. Also preceding him were two brothers Quentin and Royce, granddaughter Ashley Marie Walker, brother-in-law Dewey Stennes. Tom leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 61 years, Pat (Stennes) Walker, son Dale (Trina) Walker, daughter Kari (Kenneth) Kennard; grandchildren Jami (Kidane) Clawson, Jeremy (Mari) Clawson, Alison (Steven) Copenhaver, Samantha (Matthew) Criss, Ashley (DJ) Kennard, Brad (Nichole) Kennard, Jason Duncan. Also surviving are
six great-grandchildren Elizabeth, Kaytee, Gage, Lil Brad, Kennedi and Johnathan; his twin brother Terrance (Karen) Walker, sister Carmen Steinberg, beloved dog Baby Girl; longtime friends Jerry and Marti Brandenburg and
family, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended
family. Tom was retired from NCR as a financial specialist after 39 ½ years of service, enjoyed gardening, flowers, yard work, traveling, the occasional trip to the casino and most importantly, loved being with his family. Because of COVID-19, a private family service will be held. He will be buried in Fairview Cemetery, Englewood. A celebration of Tom's life will be held at a later date.
