It has taken me several months to construct these words. AuDrene and I were friends from the 6th grade at Taft Elementary thru High School and even as life placed us on our adult life path we stayed in touch. Saying Farewell to my dear friend makes it surreal. I'm thankful for all the good times we shared the times we sat around talking about boys and dreams. Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. We shared our thoughts and dreams and even laughed only weeks before you took her eternal flight. I will forever cherish our conversations and I can rest in knowing we were still friends yes, much older but the teenager with bright eyes full of dreams and possibilities was still on the inside. AuDrene, enjoy your eternal rest because Joy comes in The Morning. Love you your friend from 8th Avenue.. Shalom Rosemarie Allen-Henderson

Such a eloquent lady. A novelist, with many written stories. I truly miss talking to you. You truly lived your "best life". I'm so happy I was a part of it. Truly Devastated, my Sister. Rest In Heavenly Peace.

Please know that the Anderson family is in my prayers. She is one friend that I never forgot, in fact we had a wonderful phone conversation a few months ago, which was so enjoyable. God bless and keep your family each and every day.

Having grown up with AuDrene, I have always considered her a friend that I deeply cared about and respected, even though she was more quiet than me. So needless to say, conversations were short, but to the point. I did not see a lot of AuDrene once we graduated from high school but I never forgot about her and I feel the loss of another Taft Tiger, McKinley Big Red, and Middletown Middie- class of 1969. May she forever Rest In Peace and my deepest condolences to the Anderson family.

May God's promise found in John 6:40, of the hope to see our loved ones again, comfort your heart and give you peace, strength, and hope in the days ahead.
