Marilyn PERSON Obituary
Born September 22, 1958, in Roanoke, AL, departed this life Thursday, May 20, 2021. She
attended Roosevelt High School until it closed and
graduated from Wilbur Wright High School. She continued her education and graduated from Wright State University with a B.S. Degree. She later moved to Atlanta, GA, and worked for Emory University and Georgia Pacific (GP) Company until her health failed. She recently
returned to Dayton, Ohio, where she lived until her passing. She is preceded in death by her father, Samuel T. Person, and
sister, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Katie L. Person; 3 sisters, 3 brothers, 3 nephews, 2 nieces, and 1 brother-in-law; a host of aunts, cousins and friends. Walk-through visitation 11 am-1 pm, Wednesday, June 2, at House of Wheat Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Private Service.

Friends/sisters for life. Through life changes the support and friendship has been constant. This life journey has been made with prayer, laughter, crying, and "living our best life". Remembering all the times and knowing no matter what God have the best plan. To the Person family lifting you in prayer knowing God has you. To my sisters/friends that has been on this journey together love you - keep trusting in God and I will continue to lift us in prayer.
