Georgia DULLY Obituary
Age 99, of Hamilton, passed away on June 9, 2021, at Westover Retirement Community. She was born in Sidell,
Kentucky, on September 22, 1921, the daughter of William and Vista F. (Rice) Downey.. Georgia married Donald W. Dully in Hamilton on May 24, 1945, he preceded her in death on July 13, 1986. She is
survived by her children,
Douglas W. (Barbara) Dully of Apple Valley, Minnesota; Dennis "Denny" Dully and Donna (Jim) Shannon of Hamilton, Ohio; sisters, Betty Weinman of Dillard, Georgia and Billie Williamson of Bryan, Texas; five grandchildren, Amber (Juke) Shaeffer, Courtney (Brett) Macko, Keith Unthank, Kip Dully (Caroline) and Dennis Dully (Rachel); five great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Dully and Blake Macko, Andrew and Nicholas Shaeffer and Christian Dully. She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter-in-law, Arlene Dully; three brothers, Robert Downey, Jim Downey and Ed Downey; three sisters, Pauline Crysel, Geri Bowman and Agnes Murphy. Growing up, Georgia loved leisurely golf, which is now a favorite pastime of the entire Dully family. Georgia loved to travel "the islands", was an avid reader of American fiction and enjoyed her time with her loved ones. Her free time and holidays were spent enjoying her ten grand "great" children, whether by phone or around the dinner
table. Private services will be held on June 12. Entombment will be in Rose Hill Mausoleum. Online condolences are available at www.weigelfuneralhome.com. In honor of Georgia's giving spirit, memorials may be made to Eaton Road Church of God, 2000 Eaton Road, Hamilton, OH 45013.

My sympathy to Georgia’s beloved family .
Georgia was my neighbor on Sanders Drive for many years, and I enjoyed her company. She was an interesting and sweet lady a little feisty at times, but lovely. I thought of her often when I was in our old neighborhood . Time sure gets away from us, but memories are timeless.
