Frank was a great human being all his life. He will be sorely missed by everyone that knows him.

I'm so very, very sorry to learn that Frank passed away and that his beloved daughter did too. I use to go over and sit with Frank on occasion as my son Nick Spencer, wife Kristina, and son Noah lived next door until they sold their house last spring. Even after they moved, I would stop by if I saw him outside and we'd talk. I wish I would have seen that he had passed away as we would have come to his visitation. God speed Frank, I'll miss you. He was a very kind and caring soul.
