I am so sad to hear that Gail passed away. She and I were classmates at St. E Nursing School. We also worked together for a time at St. E Hospital. She was an absolute delight to be around. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Gentile and Lyman families. May God cradle you, Gail, in His loving arms. Mollie Freiberger

I had the pleasure of meeting Gail when she visited Marie in Knoxville. Gail had an energy that made you want to be around her. When I heard that Gail passed, I thought of this quote, "There are some who bring a light so great into the world, that even after they have gone the light remains."
Marie, my heart goes out to you and your family.

Gail was like another mother to me growing up. She was someone that I remember always looked out for me and our friend group. I remember her warm smile and fun outlook on life. She was a beautiful person inside and out, and she will be missed greatly. My heart is full for her and the entire Lyman family.

John and family - I played with Gail in the Dayton Area Harp Ensemble many years ago and always had so much fun with her. Her sense of humor was priceless, and we got into a lot of trouble with Joan Seymour, our instructor, for cutting up. I am so sorry for her passing as she was such a vibrant woman with a good heart.

Gail Lyman was one of the most beautiful women I have ever been blessed to know. The very minute I met her, I knew I was in the presence of someone special and that we would be friends for a very long time. She was beautiful inside and out, gave the warmest hugs and made everyone she met feel special. Anytime I would get a call or a text from her, I would beam and stop whatever I was doing even if it was for a minute. She had a captivating smile and the warmest heart. I am truly in awe of the artistic and musical talent that she possessed, although she would tell you it was mediocre. Her family was her greatest joy and she was so proud of Matthew, Marie and Max and of course her sweet Laine. I knew John first, and when he talked about Gail he always had a little smile that conveyed his love and admiration for her. They also had a wonderful banter and friendship too that was a joy to experience. Gail, you will be missed beyond belief, but I will always smile when I think of you and I will keep you in my heart forever. Thank you for your friendship and rest peacefully sweet Angel. Love. Kim
