We were incredibly saddened to hear of Rachel's passing. My daughter saw Rachel for several years, and I knew that she was in excellent hands. Rachel cared deeply for people, and touched our lives forever. She was a true light and inspiration, and will be truly missed.

My condolences to Mrs Shay family and friends. I would like to say THANK YOU MRS. SHAY for all you have done for my granddaughter. You helped her in so many way from teen years
through her young adulthood. Your guidance is greatly appreciated by not only my granddaughter but our whole family. My granddaughter viewed you in the highest regards. Always saying how much she loved you and trust you. As her grandmother, I just hope you know how much your hard work has touched not only your patient but the patient whole family. I know GOD is saying to you *Well Done thy good and faithful servant* RIP

We are so saddened to hear about your lovely Rachel. We did not know her very long. She differently knew how to light up a room. She took this Urbana gang in with open arms. From the late-night spontaneous visit (she kept saying I can't believe you all drove here, I love it.) to being Mark's bowling partner, being added to our group text messages, telling us how she felt about Dr. Phil and the dancing night. She is such a great example of strength and grace.
