We send our heartfelt sympathy to the family.
We're heartbroken to learn about the passing of our beloved Dr Pete. He was so kind, patient and gentle with our son Brian who's special needs. Brian thought the world of him and said many times, no one could ever take his place because no one could fill his big shoes. He was right!
Over the years we shared many conversations about family, grand kids, Ohio State, classic cars and lots of laughs. He was always interested in what Brian was up to!
I can still remember the last visit and our last words as we walked out with him. We'll see you in December and we're praying for you but God had a different plan.
Oh how we'll miss our friend, but we know one day we'll see him again.
May he rest in peace and rise in glory!

As patients of Dr Pete, we received thorough, professional care which was very appreciated. But beyond the good care Dr Pete took of our eyes, he touched our hearts with kindness, interest in our family, and sharing of his own family stories. The personal touch he brought to his doctor-patient relationships was very special. We are so sad for Dr Pete´s entire family, as well as his office family and his many patients. He will be missed for sure. Thankful for the promise of heaven where there will be no more sickness. Until then, our sympathy and prayers for all those left to carry on.

We are so saddened to hear this news. Dr. Pete has taken care of our family for several years. He never failed to ask about our grown kids at each visit and never forgot their interests. He was the epitome of a care provider who treated his patients like family. He will be missed. Our most sincere sympathy to his entire family.
