I went to school with him. He was always a gentleman and a very talented artist. Such a beautiful light in the world. Go, Jeff, go with Jesus and paint the night sky. I remember you with love because that is what you brought to the world.

This really hurts.
Jeff and I go back to Jr. High School where we met. Jeff was an extraordinary artist. We used to draw comic books together, but I was in no way in Jeff's league.
He was gregarious and funny and one of the most likeable people one could ever meet. I am proud to say that I knew him and I will miss him.

"Jeff-Ray" and I met in the late 80s many years ago, in some unknown and forgotten Springfield nightclub, as young professionals and we instantly became good friends. As with all friends, there is always a good story about how we met, the things we did, and how we influenced each other to be better.
In fact, there are too many stories to share, and most should never be written down, but suffice it to say, that he always made me smile, and actually laugh out loud whenever we connected. It seemed as if we never had a gap in time.
I will miss his laugh, and cherish the short time we did spend with each other. I am sure that when we reconnect in the afterlife, we will pick right up where we left off, and laugh until our jowls hurt.
I am sorry that I wasn't able to attend.
