Just heard of Tim´s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Seitz family. There are so many good memories from so many years. From playing sports at St. Anthony to even helping MaryLynn and I meet at the roller skating rink in Beavercreek. Tim will be missed but the memories of him will remain in our hearts.

I knew Tim from the Blood Center in Sarastota Florida. He was a Platelet Donor there. He was such a nice guy always so soft spoken and a kind word for everyone... We will miss him so Much!!

So sad to hear about the passing of Tim. I will always remember the great times we had with Tim and his many friends growing up in East Dayton. Memories were made at all of our homes on Bowen, St. Nicholas and Xenia Avenue and the entire St. Anthony neighborhood. God bless our parents for putting up with our shenanigans! We all will remember Tim on the athletic fields and his wonderful sense of humor. Our times at Highland Park were full of many great times including ONE legendary event. Through grade school, high school, college and beyond Tim was always a major focus to us. R.I.P. Tim. You will be missed but never forgotten.

On a par 3 Just after Timmy caught a good sized blue gill then he teed off with a slimey golf glove, the ball landed 3 or 4 feet from the hole and his 7 iron landed in the middle of the pond

I have known Tim all my life, from childhood back in the neighborhood. We played basketball together in grade school and high school. Tim was very athletic. Tough and wiry and could run like the wind. I moved to Florida after college but stayed in touch with him as he would come down for vacation, eventually buying a house in Florida. Tim loved to Fish and loved Florida. I was thinking before he died how he had some good years left to enjoy his Florida home. His sudden death was a real shock. just an all-around good guy, And I will miss him
