The saying goes, it´s not the years in your like but the life in your years. Although David left us way too early he definitely had a full life. David was a good friend, always good for great story and a laugh. He will be missed.

David was quite a character! He was a friend and a fellow Dullard. I'll never forget watching him ride a motorcycle with bare feet, no helmet, no eye protection or gloves. It was a scary ride but he always pulled it off! I don't think David ever met a stranger. I will miss him...

Dave has been my friend since early childhood. The "World According To Dave" provided unparalleled enjoyment for myself and his entourage of friends and acquaintances. My early lessons from Dave included grinding pennies to dime size to be used at the vending machines at the Y and of course the process to setup 'unclaimed orders' at Marion's. Seems like we were always consumed with laughter; this will be missed immensely. Dave's catalogue of jokes often brought us complimentary rounds of beers at various dives in Dayton, Monterey and San Francisco. Those jokes continue to roll through my mind, many thanks Dave.

Hello to all of Dave's buddies, we are having a service for Dave 4/22 here in San Rafael, Ca at the RGC where we all hung out together played pool, played disc golf and drank some beers. I wanted to let you know this. I am also going to print out and use these below beautiful memories to share with everyone who attends.

Dullard nation lost not only a true friend but a philosopher, poet, comedian, expert on most topics and a prolific storyteller. Most of his stories started off with "I was in this bar with my buddy...."and inevitably left us his fellow Dullards laughing hysterically or shaking our heads in disbelief. This was the world according to Dave that I´m so glad I was a part of for so many years. Dave will live on as he has only just left the building to go shake hands with an old friend.

I´ve known Dave since grade school. He moved to California shortly after I did. He was one of a kind. Always willing to help on a welding project! And the joke´s never stopped. I will miss him!
