My deepest sympathies to Valerie, Jim and family. I knew Ruth and Jim when I was growing up in South Charleston. They were very nice and caring people and I appreciated them very much.

I always remember Ruth as smiling and being kind. In elementary school, I often visited the Morningstar home. I had my first sub sandwich there! Ruth was always the first one to greet me at church when I would come up from Fl. Ruth was my Girl Scout leader and I have only good memories! RIP, "Ruth". Condolences to Valerie, Jim, and family.
