I was Chuck´s second level supervisor when he started his Government career. He and I had many good times together. TDY trips, golf games, and casino play was so much fun with Chuck. He always had a wonderful smile and laugh. I will always miss him. Many good memories with my friend and know he is in Heaven watching over us. He was a Godly man that was meant to serve. Thank you Chuck for being a part of my life.

I was privileged to have spent years working alongside Mr. Tyler at DFAS Dayton in his capacity as our official photographer for all of the Special Emphasis Programs and as a supervisor. I knew him to be a kind, hardworking, dedicated, Godly person with a warm smile, good sense of humor and wonderful personality. His many contributions to DFAS had a tremendous impact on everyone he touched and can be celebrated by all who knew him. You have lost a loved one but heaven has gained an angel. Please, accept my condolences in your time of sorrow. May the light of the Lord shine through and bring your family abundant peace.
