Carl Theiss was a wonderful caring person and always did the right thing by the book. I enjoyed working for him and the apple fritters he would bring in. He loved to roller skate at the Germantown Rink when we had Get Togethers for the institution. Rest in peace my friend. We will miss you. Kevin Hall and Dara Flannagan, Leci retirees.

Remembering him fondly. He would visit us in our Unit and all the staff laughed with him. He was so friendly and humorous. He looked out for all of us. He was a good supervisor as well. Condolences to his family and friends. Debbie Snider/Retiree/Lebanon Correctional/2016.
