I just learned of Maureen's passing in the Mount News publication. I am saddened to hear of her death. I attended MSJ with her and always enjoyed her energy and sense of humor. I had the pleasure of attending one of our dances as her date. I recall we had a great time that evening, until we experienced car trouble as we left the dance. Not the best way to end a fun evening. We got back to campus safely, and were able to laugh about that shortly thereafter. I'd always wondered how she was doing. Based on her obituary, it sounds as though she led a fun and fulfilling life, and for that I am very happy. Rest in Peace Maureen!!

Maureen and siblings....I think about you and pray for you daily. I hope you have total peace and are providing lots of music wherever you are. Keep smiling!

Cousins Joe and Tom, you both have been through so much in your lives. Cousin Maureen is finally at peace and in no pain. Even though thoughts and prayers are definitely in order, they do not seem like enough comfort when you think about it. Life will go on, but I will keep Maureen in my heart and go forward with her. Your mom would want that. Maureen made a BIG difference and impact in life. We should all remember that fact.
