My heart broke when Mary told me, around her birthday this year, that she´d had enough. Getting old and not being well for someone who´d been a firecracker all her life was just so hard. She knew her body wasn´t ok. And you, dearest Suzy, my friend who shared your dear parents and especially your mom with me since high school, cared for her so well. It was tough. She was tough.
Her humor, her laugh, her. She has such a special place in my heart forever.
May Mary´s memory be forever for a blessing. My love to you, Suzy, your children and theirs. Always and ever.
