Billy was one of the most upright ,kind , giving family Christian men I have ever known! He did so much to help others. He was loved by many and will truly be missed by all. my prayers go out to his family. May the Lord above strengthen his wife ,children and family. R.I.P. my brother in Christ. Save a place for me. love ya
