John was our dear friend. He taught us so much about bulldogs and living through OH Winters. I will always treasure our visits with he and his family! They have been like our family too! Your pain is over now, my Friend; Rest in Peace!

To my Uncle John - who always called me Candy, who played banjo and sang "Lemon Tree" and "The Fox went Out on a Chilly Night," who introduced us to English Bulldogs, and who showed me that it was possible for a poor kid from Woodville to go to college.
You will be missed, but always remembered
