Thomas McCaughey Obituary
THOMAS M. McCAUGHEY, 64, of Springfield, Ohio passed away following a brief illness on July 4, 2024. He was born in Springfield on January 1, 1960, the son of the late Arthur and Dorothy McCaughey.
Tom was a 1978 graduate of Springfield North High School. He worked for Traditions Painting and Property Restorations (previously Ansley's Painting) for over 40 years.
Tom is survived by his sons, Patrick McCaughey of Columbus and Nicholas McCaughey of Springfield; long-time partner and her family, Melinda Hill of Erlanger, Kentucky, Darcie (Nick) Richmond and their children, Weston and Sydney of Taylor Mill, Kentucky, and Traci (Chris) Yeager of Key West, Florida; life-long friend Dr. Rick Nedelman of Springfield, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara.
A celebration of Tom's life will be held on September 7, 2024 at Windy Knoll Golf Club from 2-5:00 pm.
