Born March 15, 1978. Beloved nephew and more of Anna Jenefsky and Wynn Segall and beloved brother of Carly Sizemore and Daniel Sizemore. Laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park on October 21, 2024. Arrangements in care of Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home.

I will always remember you being larger than life. I know I´m not the only one. You´ve been missed for three decades, my friend and brother. I was so close to being able to visit but my own health got in the way. I´ll cherish the times we got to talk in recent years and the profound influence you had on my life during my formative years. "Lauren Hill ain´t got nothing on you!" I never forgot that when I went after my dreams of being a singer. Your dreams could fill a room and it was infectious. I believed I could dream as big as you, despite our notable size difference. From track to basketball, to "The Chicken Man" song, many of my fondest memories will always include you. You left your mark on so many 30 years later- the one and only GOAT, Jeremy Dean. Rest In Peace brother. Heaven is truly blessed.

I knew Jeremy from Respiratory and Nursing Center of Dayton I was sorry to hear of. his death. He bought some beaded bracelets from me for his sister and aunt. He really was one swell guy! I live at Maria Joseph Nursing. Center now. I tried to get in touch with him at Astoria Place in September 2024 but could not. May he rest in peace. Karen Lynn Greiner
