Hello Lois, This is a difficult time for you. I lost my husband in August, 2024. This is a void of which there is nothing to compare. For me, after 63 years of marriage, the void is so still. I know it will be the same for you. Continue to live your life as best as you can and know I will be thinking of you and your loss.

I worked in Same Day Surgery at Aspen Valley Hospital and Doug volunteered in the department for many years. What a gentle soul. RIP to a unique individual. Nan L.

Doug and I were lifelong best friends. We were doubles partners on the tennis courts during our Jr. and adult years. When he moved to Aspen we talked every week by phone. He will be greatly missed. Tom Shulman
