Shelly was a treasure to me at a very young age. She and my sister Gay, cousin Sue Patterson, Mary Burke, Carol Schenck, Pam Price, and Julia Hobart were as thick as thieves as a group. They spent a lot of time together at the house that Gay and I grew up in on Mad River Road. I was 8 years younger than most of the group, they used to dress me up in funny clothes. All of them were really great to me. Shelly was my favorite and I gave her my Cub Scout ring when I was 8. My wife and I came down to the wedding of Precious Perfect [ aka Caroline ] and had a marvelous time with all the family. I also have a memory of being with Shelly, Teensie [sp?] and their mother. The three of them together were so much fun to share time with I ached from laughing. Best love to all, Tim
