Thinking of you, Julie Ann Frampton. Sending lots of love to you. Words cannot express the great sacrifice of a spouse that serves this great country of ours. Much respect and my deepest condolences for the loss of your husband. My heart hurts for you and I pray that you will one day find comfort and peace in your memories with him. I lost my Mom on the 15 of January of this year and she loved you dearly and I just want to say that you were a beautiful point of light in her life. I can´t thank you enough for that.

With love,

Hi. I am Rebecca Cochran in Western Ky. I just want you to know that I am thinking of Sgt Frampton this holiday season. Prayers for you all and I thank you for having such a courageous loved one that gave his all for the freedom of our country. I hang a star on my tree every year with his name on it in memory of him and what he did for our country. I didn’t know him personally but I know he had to be a good soul. Thank you Sgt Frampton.

Glen I remember you. We never met but Greg spoke of you every day and I saw lots of photos of you, him and your family. he was frantic on 9/11 when the pentagon got hit. at the tie of your death he had been making you a set of Navy inspired shelves, he did not finish them before he left. I hung on to them for years in our storage at Cambell, last year the storage was burglarized and your shelves were stolen. they were a work of art. The thief was caught, but I go vet little back' thank you for remembering Greg, he loved you a lot Glen

Julie,
Post Memorial Day note here - I wrote Greg's endorsement letter to join the Army. I knew no greater and loyal man on the planet at that time - 1993. Here in 2015, I offer the same, much older and through horrors of many years of war; I say to you, the same endorsement stands. I want one man by my side in battle - Greg Frampton. I miss my friend everyday, and I certainly wish you all the best.
Very respectfully,
Glenn Shephard

Honor and Rememberance of SGT Gregory Michael Frampton. Today, the day before Memorial Day 2015, I did not know SGT Frampton by name but thanks to a mother that has lost her son, SPC Kevin James Graham in Afganistan, I received a star from her with SGT. Frampton's name at church this morning. I just want you to know I am forever grateful for the hero he was. I will always honor him for giving his life so I and all Americians may be free. God bless you.

To the family of Gregory Frampton: My sincere condolances.

He was a real hero; our step grandson was also in the Night Stalkers. I am writing because, my husband William Frampton Ballinger was also a hero; survivor of combat in WWII; Korea and Viet Nam. You may google him and read his obit. He is probably a distant cousin of Gregory. I have done extensive genealogy on Frampton and if you are interested you may contact me via e-mail: [email protected]

Do you know Woodley Frampton? He would vouch for me.

”Honor and Remember” - “Project Compassion” We love our Soldiers! We love our country and we cannot express enough love and compassion to the families of our fallen heroes. War does not discriminate – It breaks our hearts to see the faces of the fallen. We want to give this gift to the hero’s Mother, Father and/or spouse. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization! Almost 2,100 portraits have been completed and shipped to the parents and or spouse - at no cost as this is a gift from one American to another!
This is a gift! We have wonderful sponsors who help with the costs, and want you know that everyone here at Project Compassion does and will always CARE.
Contact us directly at [email protected] or go to www.heropaintings.com . If you have already had a portrait completed, we pray that you are enjoying the portrait and God Bless You.
Sincerely and Respectfully,
Kenna

It is difficult to know what to say since I want to express my sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Sgt Frampton. Please know that your loved one is not forgotten. I wish everyone impacted by this tragic loss strength and peace. I hope that Sgt Frampton knew that there are people in America who respect his great courage in serving as a member of the US military. Although I did not know him, I know that he must have been a very special person to be willing to do something that most Americans will never have to experience and for that we can never say thank you enough.
Thank you Sgt Frampton!

To the Frampton family,
Please know that just as your loved one will forever remain in your hearts and minds, his sacrifice and that of your family, will remain with the people he died defending. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for his bravery and selflessness, or the heartache we feel for your loss. God grant you the peace that passes all understanding.

Moe,
I'm fortunate to think of you every day. I do miss our times together - camping in Yosemite or throwing the frisbee around - remebering the good old days at SJSU and our visits throughout our service years. God bless to your wife Julia and your extended Fresno based family.
Warm regards,
Glenn

If this person can stand in battle to ensure my freedom, then I will stand in grief with his/her family to honor him/her. For every fallen HERO there is a bright star that shines in the evening sky to remind us of the cherished gift we were given – even if for too short a time.
My heart breaks again as I sign yet another guest book of another courageous young soldier who gave their life so selflessly. I wish I never found myself in a position to have to sign another guest book for the rest of my life, but I promised Le Ron A. Wilson (a dear friend KIA 7/6/07, 18yrs old) that neither he nor any like him would be forgotten and so I will continue until the day there is no longer the need.

Last night I came across an old phone book from college and smiled when I saw Greg's name. Then I opened my SJSU Alumni magazine today and read the obituary. And cried. I lived in the dorms with Greg, and boy did we have a great time. He LOVED to smile and laugh and to make others laugh. What a beautiful spirit he had. I will always respect him for choosing to honor his family, his community and his country. My heart goes out to all of his family and friends.
