Sheila Brunner Obituary

OAKLEY - Sheila Joyce Brunner 68 of Oakley died Monday April 9, 2007 in Carle Foundation Hospital at Urbana. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 am Friday April 13, 2007 in Holy Family Catholic Church 2400 S. Franklin St. Road with Rev. Joe Molloy as Celebrant. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you send donations to The American Cancer Society. Sheila was born on July 5, 1938 in Harristown the daughter of Roland and Opal (Scroggins) Allen. She graduated High School from Niantic Harristown in 1956. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She married Donald Brunner Sr. on June 14, 1958 in Springfield. Surviving are her husband, Don; children, Don Brunner II (Annika) of Monticello; Steve Brunner (Gail) of Crystal Lake; Annie Brunner (Darren Frankel) of Los Angeles; Rich Brunner (Laura) of White Heath; sister, Bev Fink of Mt. Zion; grandchildren, Ellen, Donnie, Faith, Hanna, and Marcus. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family of Sheila Joyce Brunner is being served by Moran & Goebel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2801 N. Monroe Street.
