Shirley Ann Blevins, age 69, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Tuesday, July 31, 2007, at City Hospital in Martinsburg. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Lee Blevins; her children, Carol Wampler of Hedgesville, W.Va., Theresa Webster of Spotsylvania, Va., Ronald Tiller of Midland, Va., Charlotte Harmantas of Martinsburg, W.Va., Dwayne Tiller of Fort Worth, Texas, Pamela Duncan of Culpeper, Va., Lee Blevins Jr. of Catlett, Va., and Dixie Bozenko of Martinsburg, W.Va.; her sisters, Christine Scroggins of Georgia and Marion Pierce of Stephens City, Va.; her brother, Arnold Yates of W.Va.; and by her 19 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center St., Manassas, Va., Friday, Aug. 3, 2007, from 5 to 7 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Troy Hart officiating.
