Harold Edwin Scroggins III

Memorial services for Harold Edwin (Trey) Scroggins, III, 26, of Lufkin will be held Monday, December 10, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bud Bonner officiating. Trey was born October 1, 1981 in Lufkin to Harry Scroggins and Ellen (Shoup) Noble, and died Thursday, December 6, 2007. Trey had resided in Lufkin most of his life and was of the Methodist faith. He was a partner in Access Security Control and a professional R/C pilot and member of the Lufkin Area R/C Modelers Club. He attended UT Arlington and was pursuing a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a driver with the Lone Star Dwarf Car Club. Survivors include mother and stepfather, Ellen and Dan Noble of Springtown, Texas; father and stepmother, Harry and Teresa Scroggins of Lufkin; stepbrother, Zachery Trotter of Lufkin; paternal grandparents, Harold and Bettie Scroggins of Lufkin; uncles, Michael Scroggins of Lufkin and Richard Scroggins of Nacogdoches; aunt and uncle, Melissa and Jay Mitchell of Houston; aunt and uncle, Barbara and Royal Dunlap of Colleyville, Texas; first cousins, Cliff Scroggins, Sam Mitchell, Ivy Claire, Kelly McDougal and Amy Modun; and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Alice Kosloski. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
