Although I didn´t know much about him, Wayne and Peggy Sloyer were a fine couple, as I served with them in England, and later in Austin, Texas. They were always very courteous and pleasant when I encountered them. I was sorry to hear about the death of Wayne, and I pray he Rest In Peace. My sympathy is expressed to Peggy, and other family members, friends, relatives, and acquaintances.

Peace.

Dear Peggy:
Sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. I remember fondly both you and Wayne from THS and Washburn. I admired Wayne for his leadership skills that began to show in ROTC at Washburn, and which obviously came to fruition in his Air Force career. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Peggy I was shocked as I quess most people were to hear that Wayne had passed away. I have great memories of Wayne as my flight commander way back during our Alconbury days. You were a wonderful couple and Wayne was a great guy to know and work for. I still remember, like it was yesterday, his last flight in the RF-4 before they gave him that security police assignment. It's impossible to describe how much our hearts hurt when we lose our mate but we know God will take care of us till we are all together again.
