Buford Martin Obituary

BUFORD J. MARTIN, 67, of Germantown, TN passed away quietly at home on August 9, 2008. He retired from Union Pacific Railroad after 28 years and was a veteran ofthe United StatesAir Force. He is preceded in death by his father Buford, his sister Carol Kennedy, and brothers Dave and Fred Martin. He leaves behind his wife of 46 years, Judy, his children; Angela Scroggins, Scott Martin and Christine Simonton. He also leaves his mother, Esther; six grandchildren,Kevin, Stephanie, Rachel,Kara, Cameron and Haylee; and his sisters, Cheryl Brossart and Wilma Chadwick; and brothers, Terry and Tom Martin. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until 12 p.m., Tuesday August 12, followed by funeral mass at 12 pm at Church of the Holy Spirit. Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
