Sandra Scroggins Obituary
She was born July 7, 1940 in Wilder, TN and lived most of her life in Anderson.
She retired in 1999 from Brockway Glass in Lapel after 33 years.
She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri Hogue of Anderson; son, Matthew Zachary of Anderson; five grandchildren, Ashley (husband, Wyatt) Mendes and Adam Zachary, all of CA, Kassandra Zachary, London Hogue and Logan Hogue, all of Anderson; great grandchildren, Wyatt Mendes, Jr. and Deavonte Walker; sisters, Barbara (husband, Larry) Medley of Monterey, TN, Peggy Merrill of Anderson and Patsy (husband, Wendell) Griffin of Central City, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Beulah (Smith) Scroggins; sons, Wesley Zachary and Brian Zachary; and brother-in-law, Tommy Merrill.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home with Chaplain Tim Stigers and Larry Medley officiating. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be 12 to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
