Although I never met Melissa personally we spoke over the phone and by e-mail many times. I certainly feel like I knew her. Whenever I ordered glass (and glass can be quite a difficult child) I knew that Melissa would take care of it. She took over once an order was in her hands. Even when her illness kept her from the office she still insisted on taking care of us from home. She was and will continue to be in my prayers. My deepest sympathy to Melissa's family and friends. We can't know why God takes us when and how He does. It's a mystery that will only be revealed when He calls us home, too. God bless.
