Alwin "Al" Deininger

Deininger, Alwin "Al" 85, Dellwood, MN, died Monday, December 31, 2012, surrounded by family. As a member of the Knights of Columbus, Third and Fourth Degree, Al was a man of faith, which guided him throughout his life. Survivors include his wife, Dona Mae Deininger, Dellwood, MN; four children, Kathy (Gary) Lukens, Sun Prairie, WI, Jeanne (Bill) Hartman, White Bear Lake, MN, Bryan Deininger, Wausau, WI, Steve (Marsha) Deininger, Blaine, MN; eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 3 siblings, as well as extended family and friends. He will be remembered for his love of family and woodworking abilities. Al was preceded in death by a son, Dr. James Deininger, his parents and one brother. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake, MN. Visitation is on Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the church with a rosary service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. until the Mass at noon.
