Jim was a very devout man and one of the things I admired most is that he lived his faith every day. My brother-in-law was always the perfect gentleman and he'll be dearly missed. My loving condolences to Marian and all the family.

To the Korf family
My deep condolences on your loss. Michelle often spoke of her dad with such love and affection that I felt I knew him yet never met him. Surrounded by family and those he loved is proof of a life well lived.

Harriet, I am sorry to read of your brother's death. As I know too well, losing a brother hurts, but peace with Jesus is what he is now really 'living' as his spiritual life begins. You will miss him but treasure the great family times you had as kids, as adults, as friends.

Uncle Jim was a strong and comforting presence when my mother passed away 15 years ago. I remember her telling me she never heard him say a bad word about anyone. He was a great uncle and very special, sincere man. He'll be missed and his legacy could not be more noble.

Jim was such a kind, thoughtful, caring man. I loved his hearty laugh and firm hugs. When our children were babies, Jim was the one person that could get them to stop fussing with his gentle rocking to sleep. He will always live in our hearts and prayers.

Uncle Jim's selfless presence and support (with Aunt Marian) during our own family's difficult times will always be cherished. He was one-of-a-kind and many great memories of time spent together will endure. May he rest peacefully in God's great love.

Dear Marian & Family,

The Anderson family was deeply sadened by the passing of Jim and we know how difficult it must be for you. Jim was loved by everyone, and he made his life count. Count for everyone he met and knew. God Bless you and we trust that you will, as always, weather the storm and make you life count as well.

We love you, and stay close. Finally, our lives are all better because Jim Korf passed our way.

Love,
Ken & Family

Thank you Marian for giving us the opportunity to have those precious Monday afternoons with Jim. We will cherish those memories: his explanations of Alzheimers; the moments of lucidity as well as the stories that did not make sense; and more. We will be with you in spirit. We miss you uncle Jim!
