Celeste CHRISTIE

CHRISTIE Celeste (née Gaskin) of Bearsden, Glasgow, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Gartnavel Hospital, on Monday 3rd April 2017, aged 71 years. A much-loved wife, mother and gran, who will be greatly missed. Born in Aberdeen, Celeste and husband, Hugh, spent much of their early life together living in Italy and in the US, returning to Scotland and making their home in Glasgow 30 years ago. As well as being a keen tennis player, golfer and bridge enthusiast, she also devoted much of her time to local charities. She is survived by Hugh and their children, Karen, Neil and their families. Funeral service at Clydebank Crematorium, North Dalnottar, on 13th April, at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to The Gurkha Welfare Trust.
