Elsa was beautiful, gracious and kind. I adored her! Every time I saw her, we would enjoy some of her amazing famous strawberry jam and tea. (And of course she would send me home with a jar). She would tell me all about her life in Germany, about her parents, the war, all about her late husband and her 2 wonderful sons. She was very proud of them both. I treasured every story she shared with me. I felt privileged to sit with her, listening to her stories about her astonishing long life. Her and my mother became very good friends in their later years.
I miss you Elsa.

Elsa was a beautiful lady, so kind and loving. She always had a story to tell me about her life. She was very proud of her sons and talked about them often. I will miss her dearly. I pray for strength and peace for her family.

Sending you all sincere condolences. Elsa was such a beautiful soul. She always had a smile and encouraging word. My mother thought so highly of her as well, and was often a recipient of her famous strawberry jam! Praying for comfort and peace during your time of grieving.
