I had the privilege of working for Captain Morgan in the mid 90s, at Eglin AFB. What a wonderful person and an outstanding military officer. God bless him and may he rest in peace.

Dear Debbie and family,
We are deeply saddened by Bob’s passing. He was a kind, friendly, and accomplished man who clearly loved his family.
