Age 63, of West Carrollton, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020, at Sycamore Medical Center. He was a retired tool maker. Rodney was preceded in death by his parents, Claude & Elizabeth Miller; sister, Sharon Frye and her husband, Ralph. Rodney is survived by his wife, Anita L.; sons & daughters-in-law, Timothy J. & Reannin Miller of Vandalia and Stephen C. & Kasey Miller of West Carrollton; brother & sisters-in-law,
Ronald A. & Carol Miller of Dayton; grandchildren, Myles,
Jaxon, Kyla, & Ryan; nieces and nephews. For details of

Rodney was a classmate of mine at US Grant Elementary School which he was such a sweet guy, I still remember in one of our Christmas plays he was Frosty the Snowman so ever since I do remember him during the holidays! RIP Rodney, Your friend, Sandy Ullmer Huff

Rodney and I have known each other since grade school at US Grant and then also at Belmont HS. He was always such a nice guy. I still remember his voice and laughter so well. RIP my friend. You'll be remembered fondly by many. ♡♡
