Mr. Buff was a great guy always very honest & had a positive attitude which showed by the way he made people feel. He was a great man & I always felt better after seeing at the shop. I know I'm very lucky to have known him & am a better person because of it.

To the Buff family. I just st found out about Mr Buff´s passing and was shocked and saddened to hear of this news. Although I have not been to a garage in a while, I have been going there since I was a kid with my mother when it was a gas station. My mother and other family members who went there always knew him to be there, found him honest and kind. My mother had always talked about his whistling which we always loved to hear. It is hard to believe he is not with us and it is saddening. I am so very sorry for you loss. Mr Buff and family are in my prayers.

Always such a pleasure seeing him and chatting with him in the office. I will miss the gentle way he´d make fun of the cars and the way we drove them. Outstanding man who raised kids with the same ethics and integrity. He will be missed.

Bev. I´m so sorry to hear about Jerry. I will surely miss him busting my butt about my worn tires because I drive too fast, my backing in my garage and taking off my fender, etc. Kevin and Patrick will carry on his legacy and we will always be their customers. Buff Family,
I only new Jerry from the garage but he was a pleasure to deal with. The Auto Mechanic business isn't exactly packed with trustworthy people. Jerry and his family were TRULY TRUSWORTHY. He often seemed apologetic when he had to charge for things. It is quite rare to find a person and a business that operate like that these days.
Our condolences to the entire family. He will be missed.

Kevin, Patrick, Beverly and the rest of the Buff family... I am so saddened to hear about Jerry. He was one of a kind, making everyone feel comfortable every time they stepped into the shop. His fatherly way of giving advice on car safety and priorities, feeling out budget concerns, helping with new car choices, are all what makes Buffs worth driving 30 min to! I remember the day at camp when we took the red fox that was mounted and hid behind the big tree at the road and with a rope pulled the mounted fox slowly across the road and watched as hunters would jump out of there vehicles and shoot at the fox in the middle of the road. When they drove by we all laughed but not the hunters. R.I. P. my cousin!

My heart is breaking for all of you. I have such fond memories of Uncle Jerry, whom I was blessed enough to spend a lot of time around at camp in my younger years. He was always whistling, had such a calm demeanor and was always so patient with me any time I picked his brain about car advice. I'm sure I'm not alone in having such a heavy heart at this time because, although we are a large family, Uncle Jerry was a part of it and, thanks to camp and the Buff family picnics Grandma and Granpa had every summer, we were blessed to be able to spend more time with and get to know each other more than we would have otherwise. So, please know that we are all grieving with you, but with faith, we will all get through this together. Grandma and Grandpa wouldn't want it any other way, and we should try to take comfort in knowing that Uncle Jerry is now with them, my mom, Aunt Rosemary, and Uncle Stubby. My thoughts and prayers will continue for Aunt Bev, Jerry, Jr., Kevin, Greg, Ryan, Keith, Patrick, and their families for whom I know this is especially difficult.
