COOK, Peggy Anne

Age 92 of Kettering, Ohio, went home to be with her Lord on May 28, 2021. Born March 16, 1929, in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late Eron Hall "John" and Nola (Lawrence) Cain. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, William Donald; brothers James and John Cain; and sister

Betty (Robert) Hume. Survived by her children, Gregory

(Rebecca), Jean (Joseph) Baird, Joel (Pamela) and Douglas (Robin); 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Peggy retired from the Dayton, Ohio, based Elder Beerman warehouse. As a long-time member and supporter of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio, Christ's love for Peggy was the motivation of how she lived her life, always putting others before herself. Peggy showed her love to her family and friends by her many acts of kindness and encouragement. She always commemorated any type of special

occasion for her family with thoughtful gifts and cards on their special day. She will be missed by all who knew her. Graveside service will be held at a later date.
