Edward WEAVER Obituary
Age 75, of Dayton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Family will greet friends from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm Friday, October 1 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with Funeral Services held at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. For those unable to attend in person a livestream will be available on Routsong's YouTube channel. Full obituary and expressions of sympathy may be found at

I'm sorry to hear that Ed passed away. It has been quite some time since I last seem him but I remember him being such a kind man. When I was a kid I remember going down to Surfsong in Madeira Beach, Florida and if I woke up real early in the morning I would meet Big Ed out at one of the tables near the pool reading the newspaper. We would talk for a bit then he would graciously take me out to breakfast. I always looked forward to waking up on those mornings to spend time with him. He was such a joy to talk to and I miss his big old laugh. I know I only got to see a small glimpse of Big Ed but from what I could tell he was a good man and I'm sorry to hear he is no longer with us. My deepest condolences go out to everyone in his family and everyone who got to know him. He will be missed.
