Stephen OTTE Obituary
Age 67, of Burnside, Kentucky, lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
He was born on September 5, 1954, in Middletown, Ohio. He was the beloved husband of LeeAnn, a best friend and
father to Stephen. He also leaves behind his brother; John, his sisters; Charlie, Mary and Anne, and numerous
nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father William, his mother Mary, and his brother, Bill.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Wildwood Golf Club in Middletown, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland. Southern Oaks Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements for
Stephen A. Otte.
