Bill was a man of great dedication to his family, friends, GM as a electrician. I remember how much he enjoyed fishing, going to the horse races, planting a garden, and playing cards. you are not a Douglas unless you enjoy at least one of these. He will be missed by many. All my sympathy to the family, love Robyn Douglass
