My heart is broken to hear of the passing of Monz. She was a dear friend ever since high school. When I moved to Florida with Pam Nagle we found that Monz was already living here for 1 year but her roommate left her. So... of course we brought Monz down to the beach to live with us. Three of us in a one bedroom apt. Wow, what great memories.
My girl Monz was one great friend and I'm sure all that know her miss her terribly.
RIP my friend. I'll never forget you and all the fun times we shared.
Much love! Candi

y dear friend, Monica. I love this picture, this is always the way I see you. We've friends for nearly 50 years.
I will never forget the first time I met Monica. We were freshman at CJ. We had returned to school after a Friday night football game. I met this girl with beautiful long hair and a great smile. I was really drawn to her laugh. I remember laughing hard with Monica that night. We all left the school to head home. I spent the next week or so trying to find this girl with long hair and a great laugh. I hadn´t caught her name, or maybe I got her first name, but I really wanted to officially meet her. She was so funny and nice. After asking around people knew who I was talking about and we got our official introduction. We quickly became friends. Needless to say we spent lots of time together in high school. By senior year we were a tight pack with Teresa, Melissa, Monica and me. We actually had a great group of friends that we all loved. But the four of us were inseparable. So many memories of us driving around finding fun and adventure. It makes me smile to think about even now. You couldn´t ask for better high school memories.
After high school Monica took off to Florida and me to Ohio State and beyond. We always stayed in touch; I always including a stop to see Monica in any trip I took to Florida. We were the kind of friends that could pick up right where we let off; talking as if we had just seen each other the day before. I feel blessed to have had such a long, loving friendship with Monica. She was kind, so generous, funny and loving. I will miss her so much. I love you, Monica. Rest in peace, my dearest friend.

To ALL who hold Monica in their hearts...my prayers of comfort for you.
I know my heart sank when I heard she had passed on.
As cousins, I so enjoyed being around her as limited as it was. She cracked me up with her humor and constant grin!
Accidentally running into her and sibs, in a bookstore at Town and Country one afternoon, when none of them even lived in Dayton, was one of the most precious days of my life! Really!
I'm sure you're still shining in eternity, too, Monz!

Monica is one of the few people in my life that the minute you met her you loved her. She was kind, sincere, funny as heck and LOVED to laugh. Her LAUGH was amazing. She was the best of us and I will miss her deeply. Rest Monz, and be in peace.
