To the Ritchey family, I was shocked and saddened to learn of Todd's untimely death. I was a high school classmate of his and a former board member of the Tri-Cities Regional Wastewater Authority. I pray for you all for your comfort and consolation in your mourning and loss.

I´m so sorry that this has happened. Todd was a great person, husband, father, and son. He will be missed. I remember seeing him, and Shelley, at all their kid´s events - supporting and cheering them on. As a family, they would go to these events. Again, I´m so sorry

Far longer apart than together, yet the memories come rushing forward replacing for the a brief moment sorrow with a smile. Shallow as it seems now, Todd always welcomed his younger teammates while keeping us humble in his inimitable way. We even had a signature goal celebration, which we usually only performed to celebrate someone else's goal. A very Todd move, as I recall.

Shelly and family, and also Mary Ritchey -
So sorry to hear of Todd's passing.... He was such a good soul and friend - I have many great memories going back to years of school and multiple sports. I also know how much he loved his family.
May God bring peace at this difficult time, and let the love Todd had for you all and the memories of the good times help bring you comfort.
Keeping you all in my prayers,
Gus
